Instructor

Dr. Lizette Sunde

PT, OCS, CSCS

Dr. Sunde is a physical therapist who has proudly served the Fargo/Moorhead area since graduating from the University of North Dakota in 2009. She has treated many conditions from post-operative rehab to sports injuries, extremity pains and an array of orthopedic conditions. She became a strength & conditioning specialist in 2016 and a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy in 2018. Dr. Sunde’s certification of the selective functional movement assessment allows her to assess your most fundamental motion in order to appropriately determine the cause of your pain. Extracurricular certifications include Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Gait Training Analyst which allows her to effectively screen and manage runners.
